Cushion wall panels add safety and a finished appearance to any gym, Choose from 1 1/4" polyethylene, 2" foam or 2" bonded foam. All wall panel pads are covered in a leather-embossed 14 or 18 oz. laminated vinyl. The vinyl is certified flame resistant, tear tesistant, anti-bacterial and abrasion resistant. Standard on each end of wall pad is a 1" vinyl covered lip for easy attachment to the wall. The backing is supported with 7/16" waferboard. Stronger than plywood, waferboard will not warp, crack or splinter and has superior holding power for stapling fabric tightly in place. Custom cut-outs for fixtures and electrical outlets are made to order with an exact diagram of the locations and dimensions. Available in 12 colors.

 

Manufactured in 2' sections and are available in a range of standard sizes. Heavy duty leather-embossed 18oz. vinyl coated nylon fabric is used over a 1 1/4" core of shock-absorbing polyethylene foam. Choose from velcro closures for 2 or 4 sides or grommets, with or without handles. Available in three standard colors: red, green, royal blue. Custom colors available.
